What we collect

Reservation requests, private-hire enquiries and the mailing list ask for the obvious: a name, a date, a way to reach you. That's the whole file.

What we do with it

We use it to confirm your reservation, answer your enquiry, or tell you when the programme drops. We don't sell it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who isn't helping us run the pier.

What we keep

Booking records stay for the season, then the essentials only — what accounting and Ontario law require. Ask us to delete your details at any time at hello@poolbar.ca.

The site runs without tracking cookies. If that changes, this page changes first — and you'll be asked before anything is set.
